How to trace or locate a mobile phone user with his mobile number known on map....???

I know one thing that this is possible to do. because I have seen in movies tracing anyone's location and chasing him..... now can anyone tell me how to do that??????? any code?????????

My link was just a funny one, if you ran it you would of seen. Its never like the movies, just typing in a number and able to track it. I guess its possible to track a cell phone if its running the needed program though.

Yep, I guess you would need the internet.
There are many programs on Windows Mobile which track cell phones(GPS/internet needed) by installing a program on the phone and then sending the location to a server.
