some trange spot on mapview!

some trange spot on mapview!

hi all,
when i zoon out mapview ,i see some trange spot. But when i zoomin ,it 's hide. I think cause's not map load slowly
i don't know why!
please explain this for me,

this problem is done.if u got same this problem,u must limited zoomout level when u redraw overlay layer.
