Hi all,

I'm trying to place a mark in the existing google maps app. What I'd really like to do is to just fire an intent with something like the geo URI that would not just center on a lat/lon, but would actually place a mark or a pin or something on the map.

The correct answer is probably to eventually just get a key to use the MapView, but I need to demo a prototype in the short term, and I'd like something simpler and easier to implement for that demo. Any suggestions?
