When I upload my App on the HTC Hero & start the Map, there is this screen that you get when you type in a wrong API-Key!
Do I need a new Key for the App or what am I doing wrong?

Hi.
I'm not quite sure how this hole thing works. On my PC its working without a problem, but my collegues Api-Key seams not to be working. When we start the App from his Pc it didnt work out, but we didnt tried it from mine.
But dont I need something like an Applikation Api-key or something?

You need to make sure that whoever's ~/.android/debug.keystore that your using to debug/sign your test apps has an API key registered with google.
You also need to make sure that that key is in your manifest.

Yes I'm actually working on one right now
Yes, bud did you upload it on a mobile phone yet and it worked out?

Yes, but to upload it to an acutal mobile phone I used a different keystore. But you should still be able to upload your app to a mobile phone using the debug keystore, but you won't be able to put it on market I believe.
And you'll need something like astro so you can install the signed app.

If this is your fist time read this to learn how to get a valid API key (make sure you use your debug.keystore)!
