I have been thinking to rent a Coder/programmer to make a little app City Guide

1. info need to be in database.
2.you can upgrade the database download new info.

just basic app , was finish do draw it how it can look like but I need to thing it over agene
so it can be in few month until I have time to go thru this
if you have any info or can maybe help then send me email Please

so my question is do anyone know where I can find a Android programmer and how much it can cost for making a app
