I am looking for an Android freelance developer to create an app that does the following:

- Download some XML data from the internet
- Display it in 4 categories
- There's a menu to switch between the categories
- Every X minutes, the app reloads the data automatically

Basically, it's a kind of RSS reader. Design is not needed as we will provide this. It needs to work on Android 2.1+.
