Let me plays devil's advocate here...
I have the same problem actually. Using a person that has a merchant account in US or UK would actually be a good idea. However, how would we trust and be sure that the money coming in will reach us? Would there be a contract fo some kind? Also, Azalar please share what you are thinking of, because we are all interested as it seems..You dont want to receive 6 pms

To be honest I haven't given it much thought yet as I haven't distributed applications for others before.
I plan to use the account to distribute my own applications via my company but have nothing ready yet to go on the Android store.
So rather than have the account doing nothing I figured I couldn't help out some of you guys by distributing your software.
There probably should be some sort of contract but how will this work across international boundaries?
I guess it will come down to trust mainly.
What do you think is a fair way of doing this?
