We have already created a world leading parental control program for nokia and wish to get one ready for android. The application in simple terms monitors in/out sms messages and utilizes GPS to forward co-ordinates to our web server. It has a couple of other patented features. It must run silently in the background and really needs no interface. It must also be tricky to disable (if possible) as its for the childs own safety.
