The apt candidate should have sound trackrecord in Android concepts/Development methodologies and should be able to provide a document of the works he/she has done with screenshots to proove his/her trackrecord.

If the candidate has his/her application(s) listed in google market, it is an added advantage.

The candidate should be well versed in ANdroid 2 SDK and should possess android device to test the applications that he/she develops.

The candidate should be excellent in meeting deadlines and delivering the product without a single hassle.
