Yahoo using OAuth in Android

I have written code for OAuth in BlackBerry using Http is working fine. But for Andriod, i have used both URI and HttpPost but still it is throwing error, while sending request.

parameters.append("&oauth_timestamp=" + "" +(System.currentTimeMillis()/1000));
parameters.append("&oauth_consumer_key=dj0yJmk9RlcxYTBNOE1wMXljJmQ9WVdrOVkzWnJhbEZWTXpBbWNHbzlORFE0TVRrMU5qSS0mcz1jb25zdW1lcnNlY3JldCZ4PTQ1");
parameters.append("&oauth_signature_method=plaintext");
parameters.append("&oauth_signature=b42eac491cd6c9dbafa6b25fa6d4cfd0162d302a%26"); // here i am using plaintext so i am getting adding %26
parameters.append("&oauth_version=1.0");
parameters.append("&xoauth_lang_pref=en-us");
parameters.append("&oauth_callback=oob");

"https://api.login.yahoo.com/oauth/v2/get_request_token?"+ payLoad ; // this is working fine for BlackBerry not for andriod. The error is given below :-

05-24 15:28:20.863: WARN/DefaultRequestDirector(277): Authentication error: Unable to respond to any of these challenges: {oauth=WWW-Authenticate: OAuth oauth_problem=signature_invalid} in
05-24 15:28:20.863: INFO/System.out(277): -----------IIIIIIIII ve----- response.getStatusLine() --------- HTTP/1.1 401 Forbidden

Does anyone have any idea on this..........
