Hi,

some question @all:
1. exists a voip stack on android?
2. is it possible to initiate voip-calls from the android?
3. if 2. = yes, how can i handle the voip-calls?

Hello königdmx,

the Android SDK is not (yet ?) capable of VoIP. Perhaps there will be thrid parties adding such functionality.

Hi!

I'm quite sure that a company named "PacketVideo" (PV) will do some kind of multimedia-support-implementation.

Take a look here: PV OpenCore

Such a "media-sub-system" is needed to implement SIP for example ... encoding voice-streams (RTP).

Thats the key for VoIP and Video-Telephony.

So ... just sit and wait :D
