This is an Android forum right?

I recently joined this forum to get better at Android development. It seems like there are a ton of posts that are off topic, a lot from 1st time posters and also a number of posts that have 0 replies. Do you find the same? Are there other forums that are better moderated and stay on the topic of Android dev?

As per my opinion, Android is the best mobile platform and I give 10 on 10 point.
