If I have right understood you, you need some place, where you will can publish one's own project. Google give you this ability :) Here  http://code.google.com/hosting/ . There you can create new opensource project :)

I am having the problem of having an existing project on already stored on SVN and then trying to import the project into eclipse. I tried using the Subclipse plugin, but the issue I ran into was when I tried to check out the new project for the first time. When I check out the new project I select a new android project then change it to an existing android project and at this point the only option is to browse to an existing (local) project. This of course is an issue because the project has not been checkout for the first time at this point and techinically does not exist yet so I cannot create the new project.

Does anyone have a solution for this, besides just using another tool like turtleSVN? I am looking for total eclipse integration if it is possible, another SVN plugin would be fine too.
