Is there currently anyway to make screen grabs of anything running in Android? I'm trying to take screen caps so I can write reviews of the apps in the market.

hm, I haven't seen such an app yet. But imo a photo/video shows much better 'how it feels'.

If you can get the apk and can use the app properly on the emulator (i.e. app needs no proper GPS) you can push it to the emulator and grab a screenshot through the Eclipse DDMS-Perspective.
