Im am from Inndia and I have developed a few applications.

I want to release them as a paid app, currently only US and UK developers can release these apps.

When is it going to be expanded, whom should I contact for knowing about these details?

I have exactly the same problem and as i don't want to spam with more topics with the same issue ill just talk here.
Im from Perú and ive been looking on the internet during days and have found nothin like a succesful person or company outside US or UK that is selling right now applications in the google market.
If someone here on the forum is from any country outside those 2 and is selling his applications we will like to know how he did it, it will be a lot of help, i have family in USA but i preffer to listen to someone that has already made it that so i can do the things good, i don't want to have any kind of problem (like credit card problems or google calling my family dunno xD)
