Postby radhika » Wed May 14, 2008 10:32 am

Hi Plusminus,

Does android provide support for multiple languages.
If so can you please create a tutorial to show it.

Also is there any GUI designer to create the UI.
Thank you

Although I'm not plusminus, i'll give an answer:

At the moment you are stuck with Java and i dont know of any GUi designer, apart from the eclipse-xml-editor.
Just read some tutorials from here or the android googlepage (Hello World, etc.) and you'll learn pretty fast. The GUI-Design is very straight forward.

Hello Radhika,

There is an (unofficial) GUI-Designer called DroidDraw: :src: http://www.anddev.org/droiddraw_-_live_ ... -t217.html
For i18n (internationalization) have a look at the specific chapter in :src: AndBook.
