Hello gunaztar,

you can collect all the things you need from here.
We have a examples on creating layouts and storing/retrieving from SQLite-Databases.
E-mail validation can be done using a Regular-Expression.

Hello gunaztar,

there is a so called search-function in the top-menu...

But anyway:
 XML Layout to create a "Form": viewtopic.php?t=58 (for sdk-version m3)
 Working with SQLite Databases: viewtopic.php?t=319 (for sdk-version m3, upgrade-tipps in late answers to the topic)
 Regular Expressions in Java: http://www.regular-expressions.info/java.html
