Google APIs Add-On

Postby konic » Wed Sep 23, 2009 6:49 pm

Hi,
I am confused with what exactly is this Google APIs Add-On (http://code.google.com/android/add-ons/ ... index.html)?
It says: "The Google APIs add-on is an extension to the Android SDK development environment that gives your Android applications easy access to Google services and data.".
OK, where is finance web services here?
Looks like it is only Google Maps !?
I know, some web services can be consumed avoiding JavaScript even if they are in AJAX department,
but why did they claim "easy access to Google services and data" making (false?) impression that all
or most of Google WS are available?!
Did I miss something?
