Hi I am sorry if a post like this already exist but I can't find it. My question is simple, can you sell an app (ex: wallpaper) with themes/objects/characters that comes from a movie/video-game franchise ? Or do you need to make an agreement with the company that owns it ?

I think I need to consider carefully all the conditions before deciding
