I would like to know if is there any tutorial to activate/disconnet/configure the network (Wifi/Bluetooth/3G) to establish comunication from another devices like computers/servers?.

Bluetooth support is not enabled in any recent SDK, and is not likely to be until at least the second round of the challenge.
