I am taking a mobile development course at my university, and it is being taught using the Android platform and Google Developer phones. As far as I know, it is the only android development course being taught at an undergrad level.

For what it's worth, here are some tutorial videos that one of my professors made. They were just put up in the past 7 days and deal with layout managers, widgets, and basic info about Android and Eclipse.
