Android Market new 15 minutes refund policy: good or bad?

My impression after 1 day of new Android Market policy is that the 15 minutes windows cuts sales a lot and penalizes new developers.

Setpping into the shoes of a customer, if I find a new product from a new customer, who probably has not yet been reviewed or has few downloads, if i do have 15 minutes of trial period, I'll be afraid of the possibility of not finding possible app issues during this 15 minutes. On the other hand, having a trial period of 24 hours, I can try the app in all its functions with calm and patience.

I think that lot of customers are afraid of being fooled by developers with this 15 minutes refund policy.

Google said that this was introduced because the most of the refunds were asked during the first 15 minutes after purchasing. Well, this may be true, but truth is, more time available for trial, more sells for the developers, in particular for emerging developers.

This is my opinion, what do you think about this?

15 min trial period is very bad for all 3 parts. Consumer,Developer and Google too!
