Adding Custom Menus to default Applications

Postby Katharnavas » Fri Dec 28, 2007 12:21 pm

Hi,
Is there any possibility to add our own custom menu to the google
android builtin applications such as google maps , notepad, contacts
etc..
If would like to add my custom menu to any of these
applications can any one ensure the possibilities of doing these.. Any
suggestions regarding this will be useful.

Hello Katharnavas,

I don't think so... or at least not with "nomal" methods.
But I'm also interested of someone got any idea on this issue :)

You can contribute your own menu items to other applications whenever they handle the kind of data that your app is able to handle(picture or text, etc) here is how. Look in the "Adding yourself to menus on other applications" section
