[Idea] App to cloud (Android)

I know that this may require root access but that doesn't really floor the idea.

The idea is that your app including all file data will be stored in the cloud. The cloud will simulate an android system making the app believe the data directory is default. This will then be streamed to the device. The main floor is that we may require app developers permission to use their app.
