Do you have any source. Because the current version is RC30 and the previous is RC29, so I suppose the next will be RC31.

OK cool. i was just trying to figure out if there was a way in my program to check the market with this new feature to notify the users that there was an upgrade.

This notifying is done by the market app itself, so I guess your app shouldn't do this again.

I was fortunate enough to get the OTA update today, and a few minutes after it was installed it notified me of updates for several apps that I had installed. I'm pretty sure there is no extra work required on the part of the developer for this, its just automagic.
