Hi

i tried to write the small app for the Getting the Count for the out going SMS from one particular date to now , i can not able to write it i tried the

android.telephony

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CALL_PHONE"></uses-permission>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_CONTACTS"></uses-permission>

but i can not able to complete any one give the code snippet for getting the count please

Cursor smscursor = getContentResolver().query(SMS_URI, null, null,
null, null);
smscursor.getCount();
