I'm looking for an Android device with full-mode USB ports, because we want to plug in some USB devices. Do you know any Android device (preferably a tablet-likde device) that meets this requirement?

Is there a way to unlock USB ports on current devices, like HTC phones?

Too enable USB debugging you can perform following steps.
1. Goto Settings
2. Applications
3. Development
4. Click on USB debugging.
