We need to buy, any Android Phone for application development.
Since Samsung galaxy is a cheap alternative we are thinking of going for it.

We had a trial on Samsung galaxy device(pid = 681c).
Following was problem faced by us -
- "adb devices" command was unable to detect the device.

My question is-
1) How to detect Samsung Galaxy with mentioned pid.
2) What is difference between development on Samsung Galaxy and Android dev phone2 or nexus 1.
