Card Flipping Effect

Postby mat » Fri Aug 27, 2010 6:03 am

Hi,

I am writing a flashcard application as the ones out there don't meet my needs. I was hoping to have the card *with dynamic writing) flipping over in the view to reveal the other side; however, the only way that this seems possible is using opengl which seems like overkill for what should be a light, simple application.

Is there an easier way to achieve this effect?

Your advice would be appreciated,

Check out the Transition3d bit of the ApiDemos included in the Android SDK.
