Hi all,

I've been putting together a series of tutorials for Android game developers in the hope that it can be of some use to the community! The site is http://androidgametutorials.com - So far I've put together NeHe lessons 2-9,11,16. They currently work as live wallpaper as well, so learning to use android and getting something up and running on the device should be a breeze.

To create a Tetris game for Android, it would be desirable to create a computer (QT) and once completed port on the Android platform? I think every time you test the game on a virtual machine inside.

OpenGL or have very quickly in a completely different team of Android? For example, uploading images / files, reading input from the keyboard, and so on?

In general that should be fine (developing on PC first and then porting to Android), but due to slight differences on Android, especially given the 100s of different devices in the market today, you might want to actually start on Android just to be sure things are working as you go along. I guess it also depends a fair bit on how comfortable you are with developing for each platform. Best of luck!
