i tested few obj loader/collada loader with android 1.5 sdk

i allways see a black screen

have anyone here a example.source for loading&drawing a obj(with mtl/png file)
or
a site with more informations about a objloader

please help me .. thanks

Without a source its hard to see what is wrong, a blank screen might have nothing to do with the loader *g*.

I did implement a collada loader by my self and ended up converting everthing into a binary format because of the horrible xml parsing speed....

My advice is to take the collada stuff and shift+del it, hehe. In the future I am going to use some binary format that is suited for our mobil performance. MD2 (quake) seams to be the way to go...
