Problem in designing layout

Hey Guys i new to graphics in android i have done graphics thing in android. I want to develop this kind layout i have attached the image of that. It is possible to develop? and if then how? Plz tell me

There is an graphics analyzer app. in Android which will help your image look proper with all the colors.
