3D/2D standard framework android development

Hello, we are beginning to develop local games android, and we are thinking in a 3D context for Android, which is the industry standard for handling this kind of context? 3D framework that is recommended? 3D Shiva we have reviewed so far. If we could orient they are grateful. Oh and if you have a reference for 2D contexts would also be helpful, so far we have reviewed cocos2d, Box2D
