But when I try your application to store incoming sms details it is not working....Can you post some resource about that.

Using java Syntax Highlighting

//Open a SQLite Database
db = context.openOrCreateDatabase("crm.db", SQLiteDatabase.CREATE_IF_NECESSARY, null);
Parsed in 0.029 seconds,  using GeSHi 1.0.8.4

The second argument actually has nothing to do with SQLite. It's an integer flag that tells Android whether your file should be private or not.

I believe it's:
0 = MODE_PRIVATE
1 = MODE_WORLD_READABLE
2 = MODE_WORLD_WRITABLE
