How to get outgoing number when user make call?

Also, I want to save conversation as audio file. How can i do that?

Any code snippet will be helpful.

It's not that straight forward to do this with a couple lines of code.

There are a number of programs out there on the Market that do it (like vRecorder) but people report all kinds of problems when them on different hardware.
