Please help from the developers here

How to store data in our application. For example, so when we login with our user and application settings and bla .. bla .. bla in the application. And when we logout from the application is still stored in our data. And when we log back in with our users so we are setting was still there.

And, How do we can only list a user to a mobile phone.
